Terms of Use
The rules for using our website, YouTube channel, baking mixes, merch, and the Bloom Bakers Club — written in plain language for grown-ups.
Last updated: August 20, 2026
Please read these Terms of Use carefully. Because Little 8 Bloom, LLC is made for kids, a parent or guardian must accept these terms on behalf of any baker under 18.
1. Acceptance of these terms
By visiting little8bloom.com, watching our YouTube channel, buying our dry baking mixes or merch, or signing up for the Bloom Bakers Club (the “Club”), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please don't use the website or buy our products.
Because our content and products are made for kids, a parent or legal guardian must read and accept these terms on behalf of any baker under 18. By letting your child use the site or join the Club, you confirm that you accept these terms for them.
2. Who we are
Little 8 Bloom, LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”) is a kids' baking brand based in the United States. We run a YouTube baking channel, sell dry baking mixes, cookie kits, and branded merch, and operate the Bloom Bakers Club.
To reach us, email angel@little8bloom.com or use the contact form on our Contact page.
3. Using our website
You may use the site for personal, non-commercial baking fun. Don't scrape, copy, resell, or redistribute our recipes, videos, images, or text without written permission.
You agree not to disrupt the site, attempt to access areas you're not allowed into, or use it for anything unlawful. We may change or remove any part of the site at any time without notice.
4. Baking mixes, kits & merch purchases
All orders for dry baking mixes, cookie kits, and merch are handled through our store partners (such as Shopify and Printful). Prices, availability, shipping, and return policies are set at checkout and may change.
Food products are made in a facility that may handle common allergens. Always read the ingredient label on the package before baking, especially if your baker has allergies. Our dry mixes are nut-free, but cross-contact can never be fully ruled out — please supervise children and check labels every time.
5. Bloom Bakers Club membership
Club membership is for kids ages 3–17 with a parent or guardian's permission. Joining requires a $35 one-time joining fee (which includes a welcome kit) and $20 monthly dues. Dues are billed automatically until you cancel.
You can cancel monthly dues any time from the billing page or by emailing us. Membership stays active through the end of the month you've already paid for. Fees are non-refundable once a welcome kit has shipped or a month has started.
Before your baker attends a meeting, a parent or guardian must review and electronically sign the Parent/Guardian Membership Agreement, Liability Waiver, Allergy/Medical Form, and Media Release available on our Parent Forms page.
6. Payments & billing
We use trusted payment providers (such as Stripe and PayPal) to process dues and donations. We never store your full card number on our servers.
For subscription or billing questions — including refunds, chargebacks, or updating a payment method — email angel@little8bloom.com.
7. Your content & media release
If you share photos, videos, or stories of your baking with us (for the channel, social media, or the Club), you give us permission to use that content to celebrate and promote our community, unless you tell us otherwise in writing.
The Club's Media Release form covers exactly how your baker's image may be used. Signing it is required before your baker can attend meetings or appear in any content.
8. Our content & trademarks
All recipes, videos, illustrations, character names (like Angel Sprinkle, Autumn Marie, and the Bloom Bakers), logos, and designs belong to Little 8 Bloom, LLC. You may not copy, sell, or claim them as your own.
Want to use our content for something — a school project, a partnership, or a feature? Just ask first at angel@little8bloom.com.
9. Kid safety & privacy
We take kids' privacy seriously. We only collect the minimum information needed to run the Club and contact parents — and we never sell it. Read our Privacy Policy for the full details on what we collect and how we use it.
If you believe a child's information has been collected in a way that shouldn't have happened, contact us right away and we'll fix it.
10. Disclaimers & limitation of liability
Baking involves hot ovens, sharp tools, and food allergens. You (the parent or guardian) are responsible for supervising your baker at all times. Our videos, recipes, and kits are meant to be enjoyed with grown-up help.
Our site and products are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent allowed by law, Little 8 Bloom, LLC isn't liable for any injury, loss, or damage that results from using our website, recipes, mixes, kits, merch, or Club — except where required by law.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. When we do, we'll change the “Last updated” date at the bottom of this page. If a change is significant, we'll try to let Club members and newsletter subscribers know. Your continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
12. Questions?
If anything here is unclear — or you have a question about an order, the Club, or how we use your information — email angel@little8bloom.com. We're a small, family-run team and we're happy to help.
Questions about these terms? Send us a note and we'll be glad to help.
