Every Bloom Bakers Club chapter of 8 little bakers needs a grownup to lead it. Our brand ambassadors are adult volunteers who run the meetings — and in return, their baker's membership fee is waived for every month they serve.

Each of our 8 chapters has room for one brand ambassador — the adult who opens the kitchen, runs the creed, keeps bakers safe, and makes the meetings happen. When you step into the role, your baker joins that chapter with their dues fully waived.

What's required
Ambassadors are trusted with our most precious ingredient — the bakers. Here's what it takes to lead a chapter.

Be 18 or older
Ambassadors are adult volunteers — a parent, guardian or trusted community member who can legally lead a chapter.

Pass a background check
Every ambassador completes a basic background check before their first meeting, at no cost to you, to keep bakers safe.

Commit to two meetings a month
Host or co-host the 1st and 3rd Sunday meetings for your chapter of 8 bakers, on time and prepared.

Complete ambassador training
A short online orientation covers the meeting agenda, the creed, safety, allergies and running the simulated cookie sale.

Sign the ambassador agreement
Agree to the ambassador code of conduct, child-safety policy and media guidelines — all part of the parent forms packet.

Stay in good standing
Keep meetings running, communicate with families, submit a quick monthly check-in, and uphold the club's values.
Ambassador FAQ
Answers to the questions ambassadors ask most — about background checks, meetings, training, and how the waived dues work.
Most background checks come back within 3 to 5 business days. We start the check the moment your application is approved, and your baker's dues are waived from your first meeting — not the day the check clears. You'll get a clear 'cleared to lead' notice before you host your first chapter meeting.
Twice a month — the 1st and 3rd Sunday. Each meeting runs about 90 minutes: creed time, a baking activity, and the simulated cookie sale. Ambassadors also join a short monthly check-in with Little 8 Bloom staff to share wins and flag anything they need.
A single online orientation (about an hour) walks you through the meeting agenda, the Bloom Bakers creed, allergy and kitchen safety, running the simulated cookie sale, and how to use the parent forms. You can complete it on your own schedule before your first meeting, and we share a recording you can revisit anytime.
Your baker's $35 one-time joining fee and $20 monthly dues are waived for every month you serve as an active ambassador. The waiver starts your first meeting month and continues as long as you stay in good standing — hosting meetings, submitting monthly check-ins, and upholding the club values. There is no cost to you for the background check, training, or welcome kit.
No problem — once you're approved, future monthly dues are waived starting that month. The one-time joining fee you already paid is non-refundable, but your baker keeps their welcome kit and full membership. From the day you begin leading, you won't be billed again.
Yes. A co-ambassador arrangement is welcome for families where two grownups want to lead together — one completes the background check and training, the other can too. Only one baker per chapter gets the waived dues, but co-ambassadors both receive the ambassador badge and supply box each season.

The Sprinkle Squad is our most colorful chapter. Eight little bakers meet each month to decorate sugar cookies with every sprinkle in the jar. Perfect for first-time bakers who love color, glitter, and a little bit of mess.
Cookie Crew
Chewy, crispy, and everything in between.
The Cookie Crew is all about the classics. This chapter of 8 bakers works through our signature dry mixes to learn scooping, chilling, and baking cookies that come out perfect every time.
Drop Stars
Scoop, drop, and bake.
Drop Stars focuses on the simplest cookie there is — the drop cookie. Bakers learn to measure, scoop, and portion dough so every cookie bakes up even and golden.
Cutout Club
Roll, cut, and shape your story.
Cutout Club is our rolling and shaping chapter. Bakers roll out sugar cookie dough, cut fun shapes, and learn to keep their edges crisp and their cookies even.
Frosting Friends
Piping bags at the ready.
Frosting Friends focuses on cookie decorating skills: piping swirls, rosettes, stars, and simple flowers. Bakers practice on royal-iced cookies before designing their own creation.
Dough Disco
Rolling out with the music on.
Dough Disco is our hands-in-the-bowl cookie chapter. Bakers mix, roll, and shape cookie dough while the kitchen playlist keeps things moving.
Munch Bunch
Press it, bake it, slice it.
The Munch Bunch keeps things quick and easy with cookie bars pressed into a pan and cut into squares. A great chapter for younger bakers who want a fresh cookie treat in under an hour.
Sugar Stars
Our show-and-shine cookie chapter.
Sugar Stars is for bakers ready to take on a monthly cookie challenge and share it with the club. Badges are earned, photos are taken, and everyone cheers.
